Description
347H Stainless Steel Wire is a metal wire material made of austenitic stainless steel material stabilized with niobium (Nb). 347H Stainless Steel Wire has excellent high temperature, corrosion and mechanical properties by virtue of its niobium stabilization technology and excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance, and it is widely used in harsh scenarios such as energy, chemical industry, aerospace and so on. Differences from common 347 stainless steel
- Carbon content: 347H has a higher upper carbon content limit (0.10% vs. 0.08%) to optimize high temperature strength and creep resistance.
- Niobium control: 347H has a Nb/C ratio of ≥ 8:1 (e.g. Nb ≥ 0.8C) to ensure full stabilization, whereas ordinary 347 may only meet a minimum niobium content.

The comparison with similar materials
- 347H vs. 316L:
347H niobium stabilized design to make its high temperature resistance to intergranular corrosion is stronger, suitable for welding directly after the use of the scene.
- 347H vs. 316Ti:
Both contain stabilized elements (Nb vs. Ti), but 347H has higher high-temperature strength and is suitable for higher-temperature environments.

The permissible stress at 600 ℃ to maintain more than 100MPa, better than 304H and other stainless steel. |
Creep fracture strength is about 15% higher than 321H, suitable for supercritical power station steam piping (design temperature 482℃/pressure 20.55MPa). |

Application
- Thermal boiler superheater and reheater tube support structure, resistant to high temperature steam environment.
- Internal reinforcement of molten salt storage tanks for photovoltaic power generation, resistant to nitrate corrosion (corrosion rate of only 0.013 mm/a).
- Reaction vessel internal support network, pipe reinforcement wire, resistant to strong acids and high temperature media.
- Valve sealing elements to prevent leakage due to intergranular corrosion.
- Connectors for high-temperature engine components, such as turbine blade fixing wires, resistant to short-term high temperatures of 900°C.
- Manufacture of high-precision sieve mesh (such as 300 mesh ~ 1600 mesh), used for pharmaceutical particles sieve or electronic component filtration.
